ESPRO’s MPFA Disposable Filter Capsule offers a high-performance filtration solution in a compact, all-Teflon design, available in 2" and 4" lengths.

Constructed with PTFE media and PFA supports, endcaps, cage, and core, this filter capsule provides exceptional chemical resistance and durability, making it ideal for critical applications in industries requiring high purity and cleanliness.

The MPFA series features eight different PTFE media removal ratings, ensuring versatility across a range of filtration needs. With a filter area of 0.2 m² for the 2" model and 0.4 m² for the 4" model, these capsules deliver efficient filtration in a compact form. The capsule can handle a maximum working temperature of 180ºC and supports operating differential pressures of 0.42 MPa forward and 0.21 MPa reverse, making it highly suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

Inlet and outlet configurations are flexible, with a variety of Pillar and Flare connection options, as well as 1/4" drain and vent ports, allowing for seamless integration into existing systems. The MPFA filters are available with or without pre-wetting, catering to specific operational needs and reducing the setup time where necessary.
