MDF-series module lenticular filter cartridges are made from inorganic filter aids, high-purity cellulose, and resin binders. Their unique positively charged surface enables the adsorption and removal of negatively charged contaminants.
The innovative module design effectively resolves the common issues found in traditional plate-and-frame filtration systems, such as product loss, labor-intensive operation, and high overall operating cost. With filtration ratings ranging from 0.04 μm to 18 μm, the MDF-series covers coarse filtration, fine clarification, and sterilizing-grade applications.
Suitable for a wide variety of process fluids, depending on the chosen filter media. They are widely used for clarification filtration to remove particles, colloids, and other impurities, as well as for terminal filtration to remove microorganisms.
