Product description

esPRO’s HGSS-series industrial filter housing is specifically designed for efficient pipe filtration, providing an easy-to-install solution for ultra-pure gas filtration in facility endpoints. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, the HGSS filter housing offers exceptional durability and reliability in demanding environments, with finely polished surfaces that meet a wide range of filtration requirements.

This model features an integrated floor-mount tripod stand, ensuring stability and ease of installation across various settings. Additionally, an integrated pressure gauge allows for real-time monitoring of system pressure, enhancing operational safety and performance.

For simplified maintenance, the housing includes a bottom-mounted drain valve (1/4" NPT) for efficient drainage. The HGSS-series is available in 5", 10", and 20" lengths, with an 89 mm diameter, making it adaptable to a variety of filtration setups. Inlet and outlet connections come in 1" or 1.5" internal threading, offering flexibility for integration into a range of system configurations.

Both the filter base and cartridge are mechanically and electrolytically polished, achieving Ra 0.4 μm on the inside and Ra 0.6 μm on the outside, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards for ultra-pure applications. The housing is compatible with various O-ring and gasket materials, including EPDM, Viton, Silicone, and FFKM, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of filtration applications.

Designed to withstand a maximum operating pressure of 2 MPa (20 bar) and temperatures up to 130ºC, the HGSS-series is built to meet the rigorous demands of industrial filtration, making it an ideal choice for high-performance processes.
