However, most ultra-pure wet process installations are not standard. So we have created a modular set up for our heaters, making them fit anywhere in your installation.

Our compact heaters have a variety of options available, such as various connections, ground wires, controls, and model types. As a bonus, esPRO® heaters are drop-in and replace products to fit in your existing manufacturing equipment. Ultra-pure heating of harsh chemicals

esPRO® heaters are designed for use in ultra-pure environments and industrial fluid heating applications, such as Semiconductor-, PCB-, MEMS-, Electronics-, LED-, Flat Panel-, Solar cell Manufacturing, Chemical Processing, Aerospace, Life Science industries and other applications which require the highest standards of purity. Constructed of ultra-pure PFA (Teflon®) or PVDF materials, they are built to heat deionized water, acids, bases, Di Water and other diverse process chemistries up to 180°C.

High reliability and low maintenance

Our rugged and durable heaters are engineered and made in Germany and comply with today’s safety standards. They offer the most comprehensive safety package with redundant interlocks that are integrated into every system. In addition, our inline heaters are SEMI S3, CE & UL compliant, our immersion and tank heaters are SEMI S3 and CE compliant. All our heaters are delivered with a full individual test report.

Efficient and even, clean heating

The heat source of our esPRO® heaters is placed directly in the fluid to eliminate any heat loss. Their low mass and large surface area provide the fastest temperature response time, ensuring an efficient, cost-effective and even heating process.
