ESPRO’s PF3PS-series PES membrane filter cartridges are specially designed for applications requiring high contaminant-holding capacity, excellent chemical resistance, and long service life. Featuring a hydrophilic PES (polyethersulfone) membrane, these filters deliver high flux and low metal extractables, making them ideal for ultra-pure water cleaning processes such as DHF and BOE filtration.

The PF3PS-series cartridges offer superior filtration efficiency, with a high capacity for contaminant retention and long operational lifespan, reducing maintenance intervals and improving system performance.
