esPRO’s HSPFA-series multi-cartridge filter housing is engineered for high-flow chemical filtration in semiconductor applications, delivering cleanliness levels up to G5. Featuring a 5-cartridge design with an internal manifold lined with PFA or PTFE, the housing is highly resistant to negative pressure, eliminating the need for plate lining.
Utilizing a non-welded, glue-free injection molding process, the HSPFA-series minimizes contamination risks while ensuring structural integrity. The stainless-steel shell and seat plates, both lined with PFA, provide excellent chemical resistance and durability, even in harsh environments.
The housing supports 10", 20", and 30" cartridges with 222 flat adapters, making it compatible with PF4 and 83PF4 series filters. Constructed from either 304 or 316 stainless steel, the HSPFA-series ensures reliable performance in demanding conditions.
Additionally, the design includes DN40, DN50, or DN65 inlet/outlet flange connections, further enhancing its versatility and suitability for high-purity chemical filtration processes in the semiconductor industry.
