esPRO’s GPFH Series Gas Filters are designed for high-performance gas filtration using hydrophobic PTFE membrane media and a polypropylene shell, making them ideal for use in gas filter housings. The GPFH series features a high bubble point, low diffusion flow, and a strongly hydrophobic PTFE membrane, ensuring superior filtration efficiency in challenging environments.
The PTFE membrane in the GPFH series has a uniform pore size, high porosity, and high precision, offering low pressure drop and an extended service life. This makes it particularly well-suited for the final filtration of ultra-pure gas. Each filter undergoes a 100% integrity test before leaving the factory to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
The GPFH series is available in five different lengths 2", 5", 10", 20", and 30", with three different removal ratings for the PTFE media to cater to specific filtration needs. The filter is constructed with a polypropylene (PP) support, along with high-pressure resistant PP endcaps, cage, and core, providing durability and robustness under extreme conditions.
With a maximum working temperature of 90ºC, the GPFH filters can handle a maximum forward differential pressure of 10.4 MPa and a reverse differential pressure of 0.21 MPa, making them highly effective in demanding gas filtration applications.
