esPRO’s CFLC Series Disposable Capsule Filters are specifically designed to remove gelatinous substances and particles from liquid crystal materials, making them ideal for the manufacture of thin film transistor displays. The CFLC series utilizes perfluoropolymer (PFA) construction, offering excellent chemical compatibility and low precipitation, ensuring clean and reliable filtration in demanding environments.

Manufactured, tested, and packaged in a cleanroom environment, the CFLC series guarantees the highest levels of product cleanliness, essential for sensitive applications in display manufacturing. The filter media is made of PTFE, while the support, cage, and core are constructed from PFA, allowing the filter to withstand temperatures up to 120ºC and operate under a maximum differential pressure of 0.42 MPa.

The CFLC series comes in two models to suit different needs. The CFLC model features inlet and outlet ports, making it ideal for straightforward filtration applications. The CFLC2 model is equipped with inlet, outlet, drain, and vent ports, providing enhanced system integration and ease of maintenance. Both models are available in a 70mm length and offer three different removal rating medias, ensuring adaptability across various filtration processes.
